VOICE & EMBODIMENT JOURNEY - for meditators

In this journey I will teach you how through your voice you can release blockages at the level of the subtle body. We will explore how to free the throat center, also through chanting, allowing more inner flow and expression to arise. Deepening your embodiment will become a good support for your meditation practice. I have explored and experienced all this in my own practice since years now and I´m so glad to guide a small group in this exploration!
